Seller standards

Sellers compete on fit, price, trust, and fulfillment — not bait, spam, or counterfeit goods.

Sellers must

• Offer only items they legitimately own or are authorized to sell
• Accurately identify the item (brand, model, variant, quantity)
• Disclose condition and known material defects
• Use current, representative photos where required
• Provide realistic fulfillment dates and shipping or pickup terms
• Not bait-and-switch after acceptance
• Not sell counterfeit goods or use fake tracking
• Not manipulate reviews or ratings
• Not spam every request with irrelevant offers
• Not provide misleading shipping costs
• Preserve transaction evidence (pre-ship photos, tracking, handover confirmation)
• Fulfill the accepted offer exactly as captured in the contract snapshot

Business sellers
