Current availability: Protected card checkout is not yet enabled for live BuyerReq orders. These policies describe how eligible protected transactions will operate when the feature is enabled.

Fulfillment is part of the accepted offer. High-level rules below; order pages show the locked shipping mode, price, and ETA for each transaction.

Modes

- **Pickup** — no shipping fee; parties agree a safe meetup; confirm handover with the one-time BuyerReq code and photos. Residential addresses are never published on the public feed. - **Domestic shipping** — seller ships with trackable carrier service as stated in the offer; tracking is required once marked shipped. - **International / cross-border** — only where enabled for the market; restricted goods, customs, duties, and return feasibility must be honest. Do not claim worldwide shipping if the order is domestic-only.

Seller duties

Ship or prepare pickup on time; pack adequately; use the address on the BuyerReq order; keep proof of handoff (tracking scans or pickup confirmation).

Buyer duties

Be available for delivery or pickup; provide accurate address details; inspect inside the window; keep packaging and evidence if something is wrong.

Risk of loss

Risk generally passes per the accepted fulfillment method once delivery or pickup handover is confirmed, subject to [Buyer Protection](/buyer-protection).

Problems in transit

Open a dispute with tracking and photos during the inspection window. Carrier claims may run in parallel for lost/damaged parcels.
